DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture
of 13 December 2000
amending Decree No. 274 / 1998 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on the storage and use of fertilisers
According to Section 16 (c) of Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll., on fertilizers, soil aids, auxiliary plant preparations and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilisers Act), as amended by Act No. 308 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 274 / 1998 Coll., on the storage and use of fertilisers, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the words "the content of the total 'are replaced by the words" the total content of the two forms'.
2. Paragraph 4 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Storage capacity 3) must correspond to actual manure production per 6 months. '
3. In Section 5, the following is added at the end of the title: "and forest land '.
4. Paragraph 5 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The use of fertilisers, manure, soil improvers, plant aid products and substrates shall not lead to direct intrusion into surface water or into neighbouring land. ';
5. In Article 5, the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) For manure put into circulation in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the Fertiliser Act, its use is indicated in its designation.
(3) Differential fertilisation complies with the conditions of uniform coverage of the parcel provided that the balance of the agri-chemical properties of the parcel is guaranteed. "
Paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 to 7.
6. Paragraph 5 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) When applying slurry or urinals to the soil surface, it is necessary, with the exception of line fertilisation by hose applicators, its subsequent incorporation into the soil. '
7. In Section 7, the words "managing land 'shall be inserted after the words" forest land owners'.
8. the Annex shall read as follows:
"Annex to Decree No. 274 / 1998 Coll.
EVIDENCE ON THE USE OF FISH, STATIC FERTINGS AND EXCIPIENTS
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
