GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 October 2025
determining the amount of participation of the State Budget in the financing of programmes, the amount of expenditure individually assessed by the State's organisational units and the amount of individual grants for investment actions
The Government mandates pursuant to § 13 (7) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 349 / 2023 Coll.:
Amount of State Budget participation in programme financing
(1) The amount of the participation of the state budget in the financing of the programme shall be determined by the government on the basis of an assessment of the programme's documentation if the participation of the state budget is at least CZK 8 000 000 000 000.
(2) The amount of the State Budget participation in the financing of the programme is determined by the Ministry on the basis of an assessment of the programme documentation if the State Budget participation is less than CZK 8 000 000 000.
Individual expenditure assessed
The individually assessed expenditure of the organizational component of the state, which is dedicated to the financing of a specific event, exceeds CZK 800,000.
Individual subsidies
Individual grants to legal and natural persons, which are intended to finance a specific event, exceed CZK 800,000.
Transitional provisions
(1) For programmes approved before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, Article 13 (2) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., as effective before 1 January 2024, shall apply to determine who will be involved in the financing of the programme by the State budget.
(2) Paragraph 13 (3) (a) of Act No 218 / 2000 Coll., as effective before 1 January 2024, applies to the expenditure individually assessed.
(3) Paragraph 13 (3) (c) of Act No 218 / 2000 Coll., as effective before 1 January 2024, applies to individual subsidies to legal and natural persons intended to finance a specific action registered in the programming funding information system or in the budgetary system before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
