DECLARATION
of 19 December 2024
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purposes of providing travel refunds for 2025
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.60 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 5.80 CZK.
Disgusting
The amount of the diet provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code for each calendar day of travel shall be at least:
a) 148 CZK, if the working trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 225 CZK, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 353 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
The amount of the diet provided for in Article 176 (1) of the Labour Code for each calendar day of travel shall be:
a) 148 CZK to 177 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 225 CZK to 271 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 353 CZK to 422 CZK, if the work journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The amount of the average fuel price under § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 35.80 per litre of automotive gasoline 95 octane,
b) 40,50 CZK per litre of car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 34.70 per litre of diesel fuel,
(d) CZK 7.70 per kilowatt hour of electricity.
Repeal
Decree No. 398 / 2023 Coll., amending the basic rate of refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purposes of providing travel refunds for 2024, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
