GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 December 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 172 / 2016 Coll., on the establishment of thresholds and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 (3) and § 25 of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement:
Government Regulation No. 172 / 2016 Coll., on the establishment of thresholds and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, as amended by Government Regulation No. 471 / 2017 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 335 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In footnote 1, the text "(2021 / C 457 / 01) 'is added at the end of the fifth sentence.
2. footnote 2 shall read:
"(2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021 / 1951 of 10 November 2021 amending Directive 2014 / 23 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the thresholds for concessions. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021 / 1952 of 10 November 2021 amending Directive 2014 / 24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the thresholds for the thresholds for public supply contracts, services, works and design contests. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021 / 1953 of 10 November 2021 amending Directive 2014 / 25 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the thresholds for the thresholds for supply contracts, services, works and design contests. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021 / 1950 of 10 November 2021 amending Directive 2009 / 81 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the thresholds for supply, service and works contracts. ';
3. In § 2 (1) (a) and § 3 (1) (a) the amount "3 568 000 CZK" is replaced by "3 653 000 CZK."
4. In § 2 (1) (b) and § 3 (1) (b), the amount "5 494 000 CZK" is replaced by "5 610 000 CZK."
5. In § 2 (2) and § 3 (2) the amount "10 989 000 CZK" is replaced by "11 247 000 CZK."
6. In § 3 (3), § 3 (4) (b) and § 4, "137 366 000 CZK" is replaced by "140 448 000 CZK."
7. In Paragraph 3 (4) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the amount "CZK 19 257 000 'is replaced by" CZK 19 572 000'.
8. In § 3 (4) (a) and § 5 (b), the amount "25 676 000 CZK" is replaced by "26 096 000 CZK."
9. In § 5 (a), "CZK 2 054 000" is replaced by "CZK 2 087 000."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
