GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 December 2009
amending Government Regulation No 615 / 2006 Coll., establishing emission limits and other conditions for the operation of other stationary sources of air pollution
The Government mandates pursuant to Article 55 (1) of Act No. 86 / 2002 Coll., on Air Protection and on the amendment of certain other laws (Air Protection Act), as amended by Act No. 92 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 385 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 180 / 2007 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 4 (12) and 5 (12) of the Act:
Čl. I
Government Decree No 615 / 2006 Coll., on the determination of emission limits and other conditions for the operation of other stationary sources of air pollution, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Part III, point 4.1.4 reads as follows:

(1) In the case of waste gas incineration, it shall apply in a manner other than that specified in Part I of this Annex.
2) Not applicable to soot production technological equipment.
Technical operational condition:
The production of soot shall be equipped with a continuously operated aftercombustion plant. ';
2. Point 4.2.3 of Part III of Annex 1 reads as follows:

1) Applies to devices with designed power up to and including 20 t / day of sulphur.
2) For devices with a designed power output of 20 t / day to 50 t / day of sulphur inclusive.
3) Applies to devices with a design power greater than 50 t / day of sulphur.
4) Applies to resources for which a final building permit or other similar decision was issued by 14 August 2002 inclusive.
5) Applies to resources for which a final building permit or other similar decision was issued after 14 August 2002.
Technical conditions of operation:
(a) The production emissions of sulphur compounds are calculated as elementary sulphur.
(b) The waste gases containing sulphane shall be incinerated. ';
3. Point 4.2.3 of Part III of Annex 1 reads as follows:

Čl. II
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2010, with the exception of point 3, which shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
