determining the municipal authorities responsible
The Government of the Czech Republic provides pursuant to § 60 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment):
The Act of State Administration to the extent set out in the Act of the Czech National Council on Municipal Establishments (1) shall be entrusted to the municipal authorities (hereinafter referred to as the "entrusted municipal authority ') set out in the Annex.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of the elections to the municipalities in 1990.
