fixing the flat-rate amount of compensation for distance work for the year 2025
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 190a paragraph 4 (a) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 281 / 2023 Coll.:
Amount of flat-rate compensation for distance work
The flat-rate amount of compensation for distance work under Section 190a (1) (b) of the Labour Code is CZK 4.80.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 299 / 2023 Coll., fixing the flat-rate amount of compensation for distance work for 2023.
2. Decree No. 397 / 2023 Coll., fixing the amount of the flat-rate compensation for distance work for 2024.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
