on the antigenic composition of the human papillomavirus vaccine covered
The Ministry of Health pursuant to § 30 (2) (h) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended, provides with effect from 1 January 2022 the antigenic composition of paid vaccines against human papillomavirus:
1) Human Papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine (recombinant, adsorbed)
Each dose (0,5 ml) contains approximately:
Papillomaviri human 1 type 6 protein L12,3 30 micrograms
Papillomaviri human 11 protein L12,3 40 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 16 protein L12,3 60 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 18 protein L12,3 40 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 31 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 33 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 45 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 52 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 58 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
1human papillomavirus = HPV
2L1 protein in the form of a virus of similar particles produced in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae CANADE 3C-5 (strain 1895)) by recombinant DNA technology
3adsorbed on amorphous aluminium sulphate hydroxyphosphate as adjuvant (0,5 milligrams Al)
2) Human Papillomavirus Vaccine [Types 6, 11, 16, 18] (Recombinant, adsorbed)
Each dose (0,5 ml) contains approximately:
Papillomaviri human1 type 6 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
Papillomaviri human 11 protein L12,3 40 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 16 protein L12,3 40 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 18 protein L12,3 20 micrograms
1human papillomavirus = HPV
2L1 protein in the form of a virus of similar particles produced in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae CANADE 3C-5 (strain 1895)) by recombinant DNA technology.
3adsorbed on amorphous aluminium sulphate hydroxyphosphate as adjuvant (0,225 milligrams Al).

1 dose (0,5 ml) contains:
Papillomaviri human1 type 16 protein L12,3,4 20 micrograms
Papillomaviri human1 type 18 protein L12,3,4 20 micrograms
1human papillomavirus = HPV
2adjuvanted to AS04 containing: 3-O-deacyl-4 '-monophosphoryllipid A (MPL) 3 50 micrograms
3adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide, hydrated (Al (OH) 3) total 0,5 milligrams Al3 +
4L1 protein in the form of non-infectious, virus-like particles (VLP) produced by recombinant DNA technology using a baculovirus expression system that uses Hi-5 Rix4446 cells obtained from Tricholusia ni.
