DECLARATION
of 23 November 2005
amending Decree No. 89 / 2004 Coll., laying down the external designation of a member of the Czech Prison Service, the special colour and marking of service vehicles and the demonstration of belonging to the Czech Prison Service
The Ministry of Justice provides pursuant to § 8 (3) of Act No. 555 / 1992 Coll., on the Prison Service and the Judicial Guard of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 436 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 89 / 2004 Coll., laying down the external designation of a member of the Czech Prison Service, the special colour and marking of service vehicles and the demonstration of belonging to the Czech Prison Service, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 6 (4) to (6) reads as follows:
"(4) The service card has a purple and blue underprint on the front side with bellows and is equipped with the text" Prison Service of the Czech Republic "in purple on white background. In the left half of the service card there is a colour photograph of the holder of the service card size 25 x 33 mm, on the centre in its upper part is displayed a large national character of the Czech Republic in colour and on the lower part the date of issue of the licence. In the right half of the service card is located in the upper part of the hologram with the character of the Prison Service, in the lower part is indicated the number of the service card and the signature of the Minister of Justice or Director General of the Prison Service.
(5) On the back of the service card, the text of the authorisation of the holder of the service card, the instruction for the finder, the name and, where applicable, the surname and surname, indicating the academic title and the scientific grade of the holder. The privileges of the holder of the service card shall be entered in the insert of the service card bearing the service card number in the upper part of the licence. The insert is an integral part of the service card. The service card and the service card insert are placed in a leather case of dark blue colour, on whose front side the national emblem of the Czech Republic is pushed out. Part of the case is a metal branch character.
(6) The model of the service card is shown in Annex 5. The model of the identification label is shown in Annex 6. ';
2. Paragraph 6 (7) is deleted.
3. Annex 5, including the title, reads:

MODEL OF THE SERVICE CERTIFICATE OF ACCESSORIES OF PRISON SERVICES IN THE CR
"
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2006.
