amending Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
According to § 81 paragraph 6 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 367 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 206 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No. 507 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 101 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 444 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 341 / 2021 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 18 (1), the word "individual 'is deleted.
2. Paragraph 18 (2) and (3) are deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
