THE LAW
of 22 July 2004
amending Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on higher education institutions and amending and supplementing other laws (Act on higher education), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on higher education institutions and amending and supplementing other laws (Act on higher education), as amended by Act No. 210 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 147 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 121 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 39 (1), the words "established in the Czech Republic 'are replaced by the words" having its registered office, central administration or principal place of business in the territory of a Member State of the European Union, or having been established or constituted under the law of a Member State of the European Union'.
2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 39 (3), the words "when a legal person registered in a register is involved 'shall be inserted after the words" (the register)'.
3. In Paragraph 81 (1), the words "established in the Czech Republic 'are replaced by the words" having its registered office, central administration or principal place of business in the territory of a Member State of the European Union, or having been established or constituted under the law of a Member State of the European Union'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
