DECLARATION
of 29 October 2002
amending Decree No 274 / 1998 Coll., on the storage and use of fertilisers, as amended by Decree No 476 / 2000 Coll.
According to Section 16 (c) of Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll., on fertilizers, soil aids, auxiliary plant preparations and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilisers Act), the Ministry of Agriculture provides:
Decree No. 274 / 1998 Coll., on the storage and use of fertilisers, as amended by Decree No. 476 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 4 (3), the first sentence is replaced by the following: "The slurry shall correspond to at least four months of expected manure production and at least three months of expected manure production, depending on the climate and weather conditions of the region. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
