DECLARATION
of 19 December 2012
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.00 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles CZK 3.60.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the employer shall provide the staff member with an allowance in accordance with Section 163 (1) of the Labour Code of at least:
a) 66 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 100 CZK, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 157 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the employer shall provide the staff members with an allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code of the
a) 66 CZK to 79 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 100 CZK to 121 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) CZK 157 to CZK 188, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
a) 36.10 CZK for car gasoline 95 octane,
b) CZK 38,60 for car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 36.50 for diesel.
Decree No. 429 / 2011 Coll., amending the basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
