DECLARATION
of 4 November 2002
amending Decree No 287 / 2002 Coll., adjusting certain details of the service of members of the Police of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 13, § 15 paragraph 3, § 26, § 55 paragraph 2 and § 66 paragraph 3 of Act No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 326 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Decree No 287 / 2002 Coll., adjusting certain details of the service of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (1) (a), the following point 1 is inserted:
"1st Sergeant - 1 year,."
Points 1 to 4 shall be renumbered 2 to 5.
2. in Paragraph 4 (2) (d), including footnote 6a, the following shall be added:
"(d) parental leave, (6) not for parental leave granted to a police officer to the extent that a police officer is granted maternity leave, (6a); or
6a) § 157 of the Labour Code. '
3. In Article 6, the words "or is unfit to perform any function 'shall be added at the end of paragraph 5.
4.Paragraph 17 (1), including footnote 13a, reads as follows:
"(1) An officer who has been given leave of absence in the field of day-to-day study shall be placed in the reserve for school-based police officers. During the period of inclusion in this advance, he shall be entitled to the service allowance, which shall constitute the salary tariff of the current grade, the value surcharge and the special allowance, within the range set for the III special premium group. 13a) A personal surcharge may be granted to an advance officer for police officers in schools.
13a) Paragraph 10 (3) of the Decree of the Government No 79 / 1994 Coll., on the pay ratios of armed forces, security forces and services, customs authorities, fire protection officers and employees of certain other organisations (Staff Regulations), as amended by Decree No 72 / 1996 Coll. and Decree No 496 / 2000 Coll. '
5. In Paragraph 28 (1), the words "engineering standards' are replaced by the words" engineering standards'.
6. In the second sentence of Paragraph 30 (1), the word "until 'is inserted after the word" does'.
7. In Paragraph 58 (4), the words "or to the service allowance 'and the words" and 75' are deleted.
8. In Paragraph 59 (2), the words "; if this is not possible, it is also carried out in other spa facilities' are deleted.
If a police officer has not been promoted to a higher rank before the entry into force of this Order, because he has not been credited with parental leave to the extent that the police officer is granted maternity leave, he shall be promoted to a higher rank on the date on which he fulfilled the condition of the period of seniority in rank under this Order.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
