DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture
of 17 December 2001
amending Decree No. 451 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 244 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 343 / 2001 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 4 (12) of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 244 / 2000 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Decree No. 451 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 343 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 7 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) Feed materials not listed in Part B of Annex 11 may be put into circulation, used for the manufacture of compound feed and for feeding only provided that:
(a) belong to the groups of feed materials listed in Part C of the Annex;
(b) bear names other than those listed in Part B of Annex 11; and
(c) they shall bear the quality characteristics indicated in column 3 of Part C of Annex No 11 and comply with the requirements of paragraphs 1 to 4. ';
2. Paragraph 7 (8) is deleted.
3. In Annex No 14, Part C, 1A. The words "and" Dangerous for solipeds "shall be added to the growth stimulators at the end of column 8 in order number 3 of Monessinate sodium at the end of" 10 kg bw. "'
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
