ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 20 November 2020
concerning the prolongation of the emergency in connection with the SARS CoV-2 epidemic
Government
I. pursuant to Article 6 (2) of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the safety of the Czech Republic, until 12 December 2020, the emergency situation declared by the Government Resolution of 30 September 2020 No 957 on the declaration of an emergency state for the territory of the Czech Republic on grounds of health threats related to the detection of coronavirus / designated as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic from 00: 00 on 5 October 2020 for a period of 30 days, which was declared by the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic on 19 November 2020 No 1353;
II. Provides that any measures taken on grounds of emergency which are in force at the date of adoption of this Resolution shall remain in force to the extent that they are taken;
III. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic without delay.
