DECLARATION
of 19 December 2012
amending Decree No. 424 / 2011 Coll., on the template, formalities and execution of the Social Systems Card, the template, the elements and the execution of the certificate of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the Social Systems Card and the model of the Standardised Social Officer Record, as amended by Decree No. 203 / 2012 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 4b (7) of Act No. 73 / 2011 Coll., on the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of related laws, as amended by Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll.:
In Article 1 (2) of Decree No. 424 / 2011 Coll., on the template, formalities and execution of the social system card, the template, the elements and the completion of the confirmation of the loss, theft, damage or destruction of the social systems card and the model Standardised Record of the Social Officer, as amended by Decree No. 203 / 2012 Coll., "31 December 2012 'is replaced by" 31 December 2013'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
