THE LAW
of 9 October 1992
on the temporary restriction of the procedure under the bankruptcy and settlement law
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
From the date of application of this law within six months, the court may declare bankruptcy (1) only for the overindebtedness of the debtor.
This Act shall take effect on 22 October 1992.
