amending Decree No 8 / 2016 Coll., on the details of licensing for business in the energy sector, as amended by Decree No 147 / 2022 Coll.
Pursuant to Section 98a (2) (a) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2021 Coll.:
Decree No. 8 / 2016 Coll., on the details of licensing for business in the energy sector, as amended by Decree No. 147 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
