Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 5 April 1989
prohibiting the export of certain plastic explosives
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides, pursuant to Section 56 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll., the full text is published under No. 184 / 1988 Coll.:
(1) Exports of plastic explosives, if not properly labelled, are prohibited.
(2) For the purposes of this Decree, plastic explosives are explosives manufactured on the basis of crystalline bristic explosives and non-explosive plastic binders which are capable of permanent deformation by human force forming.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
