The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Supervision of Safety at Work, Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on People's Health Care, and Act No. 18 / 1958 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended:

1. Government Decree No. 53 / 1931 Coll., on the Protection of the Health and Life of Workers in the Commercial Implementation of Buildings, as amended by Government Decree No. 97 / 1948 Coll., amending and supplementing the Regulations on the Protection of the Health and Life of Workers in the Commercial Implementation of Buildings,
2. Government Decree No. 41 / 1938 Coll., issuing general regulations for the protection of the life and health of auxiliary workers.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1982.
