on the modification of personal benefits provided by the Czechoslovak State to the spiritual churches and religious societies
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders, pursuant to Article 3 (2) of Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on economic security of churches and religious societies by the State:
(1) The basic salary of spiritual churches and religious societies who operate with state consent in the spiritual administration, in the church administration or in the institutions for the upbringing of spirituals is monthly at the starting time of the spiritual activity (service period) 1)

| od dovršených osmnácti do dvaceti jednoho roku | 1350 Kčs |
| od dovršených dvaceti jedna do dvaceti čtyř roků | 1400 Kčs |
| od dovršených dvaceti čtyř do dvaceti sedmi roků | 1450 Kčs |
| od dovršených dvaceti sedmi do třiceti roků | 1500 Kčs |
| od dovršených třiceti do třiceti tří roků | 1540 Kčs |
| od dovršených třiceti tří do třiceti šesti roků | 1580 Kčs |
| delší než třicet šest roků | 1620 Kčs |
(2) The higher basic salary belongs to the clerics, starting with the month in which they expired for the next three years of deductible spiritual activity.
The worthy addition of the clergy can be at most in the I. scale 700 CZK, in the II. scale 840 CZK, in the II. scale 1020 CZK and in the IV. scale 1100 CZK monthly.
(1) In individual cases, the remuneration for the higher performance of the clergy may amount to a maximum of 600 CZK per month.
(2) The aggregate amount of such remuneration within the district and the region may reach a maximum of 15 per cent of the total cost of basic salaries and spiritual value allowances.
They shall be deleted:
1. provisions of § 9 (1), § 11 (2) and § 12 (1) of Decree-Law No 219 / 1949 Coll., on economic security of the Roman Catholic Church,
2. the provisions of § 9 (1), § 11 (2) and § 12 (1) of Decree-Law No. 220 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Church of the Czechoslovak State,
3. the provisions of Sections 9 (1), 11 (2) and 12 (1) of Decree No. 221 / 1949 Coll., on the economic security of the evangelical churches by the State,
4. the provisions of § 9 (1), § 11 (2) and § 12 (1) of Decree-Law No 222 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Church Orthodox by the State,
5. Clause § 9 (1), § 11 (2) and § 12 (1) of Decree-Law No 223 / 1949 Coll., on the economic security of religious societies by the State.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1981.
