DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 14 April 1976
on the issue of commemorative silver hundred crowns for the 100th anniversary of the death of Janko the King
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the 100th anniversary of the death of Slovak poet Janko Králové, commemorative silver stokones are issued.
(2) The silver stockings are driven by an alloy of 700 pieces of silver and 300 pieces of copper. The gross weight of the stocron is 15 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down is allowed in gross weight 10 / 1000 and in silver content 5 / 1000. The diameter is 33 mm, with the inscription "* BÁSNIK * REVOLUCIONÁR *" on the edge.
(3) On the face of the commemorative silver stokron is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, around which the name of the state "CZECH SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC" is written from left to the circle. The designation of the value "100 CZK 'is placed in two rows in the middle under the national emblem.
(4) On the back of the commemorative silver hundred crowns is the true profile of Janko King. His name "JANKO KING" is placed in a copy to the right of the portrait. On the right, next to the portrait, there are two rows "1876 1976." The author of the design for the commemorative silver stokron is academic sculptor Andrei Peter whose initials "AP" are located on the left side of the portrait.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
