DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition
of 18 March 1968
on joint cooperatives and the operation of associated production by single agricultural cooperatives
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 14 (2), § 38 and § 61 of Act No. 49 / 1959 Coll., on Uniform Agricultural Cooperatives:
Related production
If the cooperative decides to operate associated production, it shall indicate in its own statutes the type, scope and place where the activity will be operated.
The operation of the type of associated production to which a special permit under other legislation is required may be undertaken by the cooperative only if it is obtained by the cooperative (e.g. mining of minerals).
Final provisions
Decree No 13 / 1964 Coll., on the operation of associated production by single agricultural cooperatives, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
