Government Regulation
of 12 June 1951
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 292 / 1948 Coll., on Customs Tariff Adjustment during the transitional period:
The tariff schedule shall be amended as follows:
1. Place number 59:
| „59. Chmel | za 100 kg 600.– z hrubé váhy“. |
2. The following note 3 is inserted after the rate number 285:
| „3. Desky z dřevoviny saz. pol. 285a) až c) od 1. července 1951 do 31. prosince 1951 | 100.– z hrubé váhy“. |
3. the footnote to the rate (p. 599a) shall be deleted;
4. Plant item 600f:
| „f) sirník a sulfhydrát vápenatý; sirná játra vápenná | 60.–“. |
5. Plant item 633a) reads as follows:
'(a) free from alcohol:
| 1. směsi vonných látek (komposice, koncentráty) pro průmysl mydlářský, voňavkářský, potravinářský a pod | 6000.– |
| 2. ostatní | 9000.–“. |
6. the words "Ministry of Food" shall be replaced by the words "Ministry of Internal Trade" in the footnote to pol. pol. 44b) 2 and note 2 to the rate of number 616.
For the period from 1 July to 31 December 1951, customs duties on imports of goods to the same extent as in Article 2 of Decree-Law No 160 / 1950 Coll., adjusting the autonomous customs duties on imports of goods, except for cocoa powder, shall be abolished at the rate of 126 for which the duty is renewed; Therefore, customs duties on imports of goods falling within the following tariff numbers (headings) are abolished at that time:
1. Cocoa beans and peel.
Note 1 to set number. 9. Dried figs in wreaths or otherwise packed, for the manufacture of coffee substitutes, on a release note.
13. Lemons, cements and oranges, loaded in salt water; immature small oranges; Orange, cedar and lemon bark, whether or not ground or loaded in salt water.
