Constitutional Law
of 18 May 1950
on modifications to public administration organisation.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
§ 1.
In order for public administration to be flexible and effectively adapted to normal tasks, the Government may, by regulation:
(a) to regulate the responsibilities of ministries, mandates and other public authorities;
(b) to establish new ministries, mandates and other public authorities;
(c) disturb ministries, mandates and other public authorities.
§ 2.
Regulations issued under Paragraph 1 require the consent of the President of the Republic, who co-signs them.
§ 3.
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
