COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 4 August 2004
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.5.2004 and 31.7.2004:
(1) Appendix 5 (dated 27 April 2004) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
(2) Appendix 1 (20 May 2004) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between:
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
3. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 10 June 2004 for the period 1 July 2004 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 19 June 2004 for the period 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2007) concluded between
Union of money and insurance workers
and
A union of banks and insurance companies.
5. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 23 June 2004 for the period 1 July 2004 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
(6) Appendix 1 (28 June 2004) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between:
Energy union
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
