DECLARATION
of 12 December 2003
amending Decree No. 140 / 1997 Coll., on the control of the production and circulation of alcohol and on the implementation of other provisions of the Law on alcohol related thereto, as amended by Decree No. 81 / 2000 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Article 21 (2) of Act No. 61 / 1997 Coll., on Lime and on Amendment and Addition of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Trade Act), as amended, and Act No. 587 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended, (Lime Act), as amended by Act No. 129 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 22 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 140 / 1997 Coll., on the control of the production and circulation of alcohol and on the implementation of other provisions of the Law on alcohol related thereto, as amended by Decree No. 81 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "the tax office 'are replaced by the words" the customs office'.
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "the Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" the Customs Office'.
3. In Article 2 (2), the words "tax office 'are replaced by the words" customs office';
4. in Article 3 (a):
"(a) measuring instruments of type ZEHR, large, medium and small type and measuring instruments of type KOLM 20 L and type OLM 4 Ti,"
5. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "tax office 'are replaced by the words" customs office'.
6. In Article 5 (1), the words "the Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" the Customs Office'.
7. In the first sentence of Paragraph 5 (2), the words "Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" Customs office'.
8. In the second sentence of Paragraph 5 (2), the words "the Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" the Customs Office'.
9. In Article 5 (3), the words "the Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" the Customs Office'.
10. in the first sentence of Article 5 (4), the words "the Financial Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Customs Office";
11. in the second sentence of Paragraph 5 (4), the words "the Financial Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Customs Office";

20. In Paragraph 11 (1), the words "the Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" the Customs Office'.
21. in Article 11 (2), the words "the Financial Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Customs Office";
22. in Article 15 (3), the word "semi-finished products" shall be added after the words "in stocks of raw materials."
23. in Paragraph 15 (4), the words "the Financial Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Customs Office";
24. In Article 16 (7), the words "the Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" the Customs Office'.
25. in the first sentence of Paragraph 17 (1), the words "the Financial Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Customs Office";

33. In Paragraph 24 (5), in the sentence, the first words "Financial Office 'are replaced by the words" Customs office'.
34. In Paragraph 24 (5), the second sentence is replaced by the following:
35. in Paragraph 24 (9), the words "the Financial Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Customs Office";
36. The heading of Part Six reads:
"SPECIFIC AUTHORISATION FOR THE PURCHASE OR IMPORT OF LIHOBENZINE
[K § 21 (2) (j) of the Lime Act] '.
37. in § 26a, the first sentence before the word "permit" is inserted the word "special."
38. in Paragraph 26a (a), the words "the permission of the Ministry of Finance" are replaced by the words "the special authorisation of the Customs Directorate."
39. in Paragraph 26a (b), the words "the authorisation of the Ministry of Finance" are replaced by the words "the special authorisation of the Customs Directorate."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2004.
