DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 11 December 2001
amending Decree No 10 / 1997 of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports Coll., on the admission of pupils and other applicants to study in secondary schools established by the State, and repealing certain legislation issued under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides for Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., and pursuant to § 13 (h) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, as amended by Act No. 139 / 1995 Coll.:
Decree No 10 / 1997 Coll., on the admission of pupils and other applicants to study in secondary schools established by the State, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (1), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Delegated Authority'.
2. In Paragraph 8 (1), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Delegated Authority'.
3. In the first sentence of Article 8 (2) and (3), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Delegated Authority'.
4. The second sentence of Paragraph 8 (3) reads: "The Delegated Authority publishes information on vacancies in secondary schools within the field. '
5. the following Section 9a is inserted after Section 9:
This decree applies to the admission of pupils and other applicants to study in secondary schools also established by the county as well as in secondary schools established by municipalities pursuant to Article 14 (6) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. '.
They shall be deleted:
1. decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports No. 178 / 1991 Coll., on the residences and territorial competence of the school authorities,
2. Decree No. 276 / 1992 Coll., amending Decree No. 178 / 1991 Coll., on the residences and territorial competence of the school authorities,
3rd Directive of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic for state language examinations at universities No. 39 270 / 67-III / 2, reg.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
