DECLARATION
of 22 December 2022
amending Decree No 322 / 2017 Coll., establishing a list of employment sectors which include activities dependent on the annual period
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 96 paragraph 5 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 222 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No 322 / 2017 Coll., on the establishment of a list of employment sectors which include activities dependent on the season, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2, the following points (c) to (e) are inserted after point (b):
"(c) 41 Construction of buildings,
(d) 42 Engineering,
(e) 43 Specialised construction activities; ';
Points (c) to (e) shall be renumbered as points (f) to (h).
2. in Article 2, the following point (h) is inserted after point (g):
"(h) 71 Architectural and engineering activities; technical tests and analyses, ';
Point (h) shall be renumbered as point (i).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
