GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 November 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing the list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 70b (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing a list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended by Government Decree No. 428 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 101 / 2019 Coll. and Government Decree No. 380 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (c), the words "for the pursuit of this activity 'are inserted after the words" a'.
2. In Article 2 (d), "a 'is replaced by" or' and "or foreign 'is replaced by" or foreign'.
3. In Article 2 (f), the words "Ministry of Defence 'shall be inserted after the word" systems'.
4. In Article 2 (h), the words "Ministry of Defence 'are inserted after the words" Information Systems' and the words "Security and 'are inserted after the word" Cybernetic'.
5. In Article 2 (i), the words "and cyber security 'are inserted after the words" information security' and the words "classified 'are deleted.
6. In Article 2 (z) (2), the word "or 'is deleted.
7. In Article 2, at the end of point (z), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points 4 and 5 are added:
"4. a member of the cyber forces and information operations consisting of the management of the construction, development and use of functional systems to conduct operations in the information environment or in the cyberspace or in command, planning and management of operations in the information environment or in the cyberspace; or
5. a member of the cyber forces and information operations consisting of carrying out operations in, or continuously maintaining preparedness for, the cyberspace. ';
8. In Article 3 (2), the words "points 1 to 4 'shall be inserted after the words" z)'.
9. In Article 3, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of one of the activities referred to in § 2 (z) (5) shall receive a stabilisation allowance of CZK 12,000 per month."
Paragraphs 4 to 8 shall be renumbered paragraphs 5 to 9.
10. in Paragraph 3 (9), "7" is replaced by "8."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
