DECLARATION
of 24 October 2002
amending Decree No. 305 / 2001 Coll., on the Brokerage Test
The Securities Commission pursuant to Article 49 (7) of Act No. 591 / 1992 Coll., on Securities, as amended by Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 308 / 2002 Coll., provides:
Decree No. 305 / 2001 Coll., on Brokerage Test, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (1), the words "three categories marked with numbers I to III 'are replaced by the words" four categories marked with numbers I to IV'.
2. In Article 3, the following paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) The Category IV test shall examine the knowledge referred to in Article 2 (1) concerning the acceptance and transmission of orders relating to investment instruments. ';
3. in Article 7 (1), the words "category III 'are replaced by the words" categories III and IV';
4. In the first sentence of Article 9 (2), the words "categories I and II 'are replaced by the words" categories I, II and IV'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
