GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 November 2000
amending Government Decree No. 140 / 2000 Coll., establishing a list of free trades
The Government orders pursuant to § 73a (1) of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 356 / 1999 Coll.:
The Annex to Government Decree No. 140 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of free trade disciplines, is amended as follows:
1. In the field number of the sixth column "Definition of the activity subject ', the text - fruit distillates obtained by cultivation' is deleted.
2. In column 8 of the heading "Trade ', the current text is replaced by the following text:" Cultivating burning', the text in the column "Definition of the subject matter of the activity 'is deleted.
3. In column 44. of the heading "Trade in goods', the words" and electronic equipment operating at a low voltage and the production of electrical equipment ', in the column "Definition of the subject of activity', the words" and apparatus operating at an alternating voltage of less than 50 V or at a DC voltage of less than 75 V 'are replaced by the words "electronic equipment operating at an alternating voltage of less than 50 V or at a DC voltage of less than 75 V' and the words" electrical light and light sources' are deleted.
4. In column 45 of the "Trade scope 'heading, the words" electric accumulators, primary cells' are replaced by the words "low voltage switchboards' and the words" electric accumulators, primary cells and batteries' are replaced by the words "low voltage switchboards'.
5. In column 46 of the heading "Trade in goods', the word" apparatus' is replaced by the words "non-electrical equipment 'and the text in the column" Definition of activity' is deleted.
6. In column 48 of the heading "Trade scope ', the current text is replaced by the following text:" Design of electrical equipment' and the text in the column "Definition of activity 'is deleted.
7. In column 53rd of the heading "Trade ', the current text is replaced by the following:" Construction and production of vessels' and the text in the column "Definition of the subject matter of the activity 'is replaced by the following:
"- ship
- small vessels
- yacht
- floating machines
- floating equipment. "
8. In column 102 of the heading "Definition of the activity subject ', the words" - provision of certification services in the field of electronic signature' are inserted after the words "- care of file material '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
