on a one-off compensation for damage to health or death incurred in connection with assistance provided to the Correctional Education Corps
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 67a paragraph 1 of Act No. 59 / 1965 Coll., on the execution of the prison sentence, as amended by Act No. 179 / 1990 Coll.:
Disposable exceptional compensation
(a) a citizen who has suffered damage to his health in connection with assistance provided by the Correctional Education Corps or its members at risk in carrying out his or her duties at their request or with their knowledge; or
(b) a member of a racing guard who has suffered damage to or in connection with his health (Section 67 of the Act);
if he has become an invalid or a citizen with altered working capacity as a result of such damage.
One-off exceptional compensation pursuant to Article 1 shall be granted in the amount of 5000 to 25 000, - Kčs according to the degree of damage to health and taking into account the degree of difficulty in social application.
(1) If the injured party has died as a result of the damage to his health in the cases referred to in § 1, he shall increase his spouse, his parents and the child entitled to an orphan's pension one-off compensation due to them under employment legislation to twice that.
(2) In cases justified by personal, family and social circumstances, one-off exceptional compensation may be granted up to 5000, - who also refer to other persons who have been fed on it.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
