DECLARATION
of 19 December 2022
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purposes of providing travel refunds for 2023
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.40 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 5.20 CZK.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code, at least at the rate of:
a) 129 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 196 CZK, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 307 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code,
a) 129 CZK to 153 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 196 CZK to 236 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but no more than 18 hours,
c) 307 CZK to 367 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The amount of the average fuel price under § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
a) CZK 41.20 per litre of automotive gasoline 95 octane,
(b) CZK 45.20 per litre of car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 34.40 per litre of diesel fuel,
d) CZK 8.20 per kilowatt hour of electricity.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds.
2. Decree No. 47 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree No. 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds.
3. Decree No. 116 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree No. 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purposes of providing travel refunds, as amended by Decree No. 47 / 2022 Coll.
4. Decree No 237 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree No 511 / 2021 Coll., amending the basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, as amended.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
