DECLARATION

of 20 December 2017

amending Decree No. 133 / 2013 Coll., establishing the scope and structure of the data for the drafting of the draft State Budget Act and the draft Mid-Term Perspective of the State Budget, as amended by Decree No. 177 / 2016 Coll.

The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to Articles 4 (4) and 8 (3) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:

Decree No. 133 / 2013 Coll., on determining the scope and structure of the data for the drafting of the draft State Budget Act and the draft Mid-Term Perspective of the State Budget and the deadlines for their submission, as amended by Decree No. 177 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the second sentence is deleted.

2. In § 6, the words "of major public contracts bans 6) 'are replaced by the words" of public contracts with a estimated value of CZK 300 million and higher'.

Overview of budget costs and revenues of state contribution organisations and other additional data - main activity

Methodological information for the transmission of the statement:

1. The report is presented in CZK to two decimal places in the central system of the state's accounting information (hereinafter "CSÚIS").

2. The report is scheduled by the Ministry of Finance at CSÚIS for the 31st year of N-1.

3. Chapter Manager:

3.1 verifies in CSÚIS the accuracy of the summary for the chapter on the basis of the data submitted by the relevant state contribution organisations (SPO);

3.2 ensures that, where deficiencies are identified, the data transmitted to the relevant SPO are corrected;

3.3 approve the summary for the chapter in CSÚIS at chapter level;

3.4 The copy of the summary for the chapter will be printed in total in CSÚIS, signed and presented in the draft budget by its chapters.

4. In the event of changes in the data for the SPO following further runs of the draft budget (i.e. between August and December of the year N-1), a new Overview must be sent again with the date of 31 July of the year N-1. Subsequently, the summary for the chapter must be approved again. Pending the approval of the State Budget Act for year N by the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, a statement from the level of the Ministry of Finance will not be approved.

Technical means of transmission of the statement:

1. A more detailed description of the transmission of the summary to the Central System of Accounting Information of the State (CSÚIS) is given in the Technical Manual published at http: / / www.statnikladna.cz / en / csuis / technicke- information.

2. To send a statement, it is necessary to use the XSD scheme "Fin _ SPO-RIS 'from the XSD package published at the same address mentioned in the previous item.

3. The XML template is part of the above XSD package.
