GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2009
determining, for the purposes of the Criminal Code, what is considered to be poisons and what is the quantity greater than small for narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, preparations containing and poisons
The Government mandates pursuant to § 289 (2) of Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Criminal Code:
(1) Poison within the meaning of Sections 283, 284 and 286 of the Criminal Code are considered to be:
(a) chemicals listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation (hereinafter referred to as substances);
(b) chemical mixtures containing at least 7% of the substance.
(2) For substances listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation, a quantity greater than a small quantity of poison is considered to be such that, on the basis of current scientific knowledge, it may cause injury after single or repeated administration.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2010.
