GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 16 December 2008

determining the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps for the year 2009

The Government hereby orders pursuant to Article 115a of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 530 / 2005 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':

§ 1

The scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps for 2009 is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

§ 2

The scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps for 2009 increased by 10% pursuant to Section 114 (2) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

§ 3

Repeal

Government Regulation No 337 / 2007 Coll., setting out the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps for 2008, is hereby repealed.

§ 4

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
