repealing Decree No. 132 / 2004 Coll., on microbiological requirements for foodstuffs, their control and evaluation
According to Article 19 (1) (b) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 132 / 2004 Coll., on microbiological requirements for foods, their control and evaluation, is repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
