DECLARATION
of 18 November 2005
on the determination of the protection zone of the 1st stage source of natural mineral water washed by a well HV-7 in Nové Hrady - Byňov
According to § 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Areas and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
(1) In order to protect the source of natural mineral water, which is contained in the drilling of HV-7 located on the parcel No 1353 / 1, the cadastral territory of Byňov in the district of České Budějovice, the region of South Bohemia (hereinafter referred to as "the source"), protection zone I. degree 1 is established, which is also a zone of physical protection of the source.
(2) Level I protection zone is the immediate vicinity of the source output. It is situated on plot 1353 / 1, the cadastral area of Byňov and is defined by a square of 20 m side, in the centre of which the well HV-7 is located. The definition of the protection zone I is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 2 880 annexed to this decree. The definition of the protection zone of the 1st stage of the source in the cadastral map and in the Basic map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000 is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health or at the Municipal Office of the New Hrad.
(1) The unauthorised entry into the protection zone referred to in § 1 is prohibited (2).
(2) The Class I protection zone is fenced and labelled with a "Natural mineral water source physical protection zone. No unauthorized entry."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2006.
