DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 12 December 2001
amending the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 84 / 2000 Coll., on the eligibility of persons to operate inland waterway transport for foreign use
The Ministry of Transport and Communications pursuant to § 52 of Act No. 114 / 1995 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 358 / 1999 Coll., ("the Act ') provides:
Decree No. 84 / 2000 Coll., on the eligibility of persons to operate inland waterway transport for hire or reward, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (2) (a), the words "licensed trades" shall be deleted;
2. in Paragraph 1 (2) (b), the word "captain1)" shall be replaced by the words "skipper, 1) which is not a small vessel."
3. in Article 1, paragraphs 4 and 5, including footnotes 2 and 3, shall be deleted;
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
