repealing Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., on Public Non-Profit Constitutional Medical Devices and amending certain laws, as amended, and amending the related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Repeal of the Act on Public Non-Profit Constitutional Health Facilities
Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., on public non-profit constitutional health establishments and amending certain laws, is hereby repealed.
Proceedings initiated under Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., which was not definitively terminated, are hereby terminated.
Amendment to the People's Health Care Act
In Section 12a of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., paragraph 11, including footnote 2d, is deleted.
Amendment of the Income Tax Act
In Article 17 of Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Tax, as amended by Act No. 259 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 492 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 188 / 2011 Coll., paragraph 5 is deleted.
Amendment of the Arbitration and Enforcement Act
In Article 1 of Act No. 216 / 1994 Coll., on Arbitration and on the Enforcement of Arbitration Findings, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., paragraph 2, including footnote 1a, is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
Amendment of the State Statistical Service Act
In Article 22 (1) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 356 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 562 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 154 / 2009 Coll., point (f) including footnote No. 12c is deleted.
Points (g) and (h) shall be renumbered as points (f) and (g).
Amendment of the Act on the budgetary rules of the territorial budgets
In Article 23 (1) of Act No. 250 / 2000 Coll., on the budgetary rules of the territorial budgets, as amended by Act No. 562 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 477 / 2008 Coll., at the end of point (f), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (g) including footnote No. 16c is deleted.
Amendment to the Public Health Protection Act
Section 99a of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., is deleted, including footnote 59.
Amendment of insolvency law
In Article 6 (1) of Act No 182 / 2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and its methods of resolution (insolvency law), as amended by Act No 296 / 2007 Coll., point (g), including footnote 2a, is deleted.
Points (h) and (i) shall be renumbered as points (g) and (h).
Amendment of the Labour Code
Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 294 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 327 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 73 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 126 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 326 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll.
1. In Paragraph 109 (3), the word "or 'shall be added at the end of point (d).
2. In Paragraph 109 (3), the word "or 'shall be deleted at the end of point (e).
3. Paragraph 109 (3) (f), including footnote 41a, is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll.
In Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., amending Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll., on the bankruptcy and methods of its resolution (Insolvency Act), as amended, and certain laws in connection with its adoption, as amended by Act No. 121 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 278 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Part Two is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll.
In Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll., amending Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended, and other related laws, the 15th part is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 126 / 2008 Coll.
In Act No. 126 / 2008 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Act on Transformation of Commercial Companies and Cooperatives, as amended by Act No. 278 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Part Twenty-third is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll.
In Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., amending Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended, Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., on the Organisation and Implementation of Social Security, as amended, and certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll., Part twenty-ninth is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll.
In Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Law on Basic Registers, as amended by Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 101 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 159 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 424 / 2010 Coll., Part 180 of the Coll.
Amendment to Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll.
In Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., amending certain laws in the context of the adoption of the Tax Code, as amended by Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Part One-seventy-fifth is deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
