DECLARATION
of 27 October 2005
amending Decree No 231 / 2005 Coll., on the participation of the State Budget in the financing of the acquisition and reproduction programmes, as amended by Decree No 269 / 2005 Coll.
In agreement with the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 13 (4) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules):
In Section 19 of Decree No 231 / 2005 Coll., on the participation of the State Budget in the financing of the acquisition and reproduction programmes, as amended by Decree No 269 / 2005 Coll., "1 January 2006 'is replaced by" 1 January 2007'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
