of 7 December 2000
declaring the 2nd amendment to the binding part of the territorial plan of the large territorial unit of the Ostrava agglomeration
The Ministry of Local Development announces pursuant to § 29 paragraph 3 of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 83 / 1998 Coll.:
2. The amendment to the binding part of the urban plan of the large area unit of Ostrava agglomeration is defined in Annex 1 to this communication and listed in Annex 2 to this communication.
The zoning plan of the large area of the Ostrava agglomeration, approved by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 10 June 1998 No 395, as amended by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 4 December 2000 No 1221, is deposited at the District Office of Nová Jicin, the Municipality of Ostrava and the Ministry of Local Development.

2. amendment of the binding part of the zoning plan of the large zoning unit of Ostrava agglomeration
The binding part of the zoning plan of the large zoning unit of Ostrava agglomeration as defined by Decree No. 185 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 143 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for motorway D 47 in the section Bílovka - Ostrava-Rudná.
2. The territorial protection of the motorway corridor D 47 approved by the Czech Government Resolution of 17 August 1994 No 447 was amended by the Czech Government Resolution of 4 December 2000 No 1221.
3. The construction associated with the implementation of the project referred to in point 1 and the territorial definition in the graphic part of the 2nd amendment of the zoning plan of the scale 1: 50 000, provided with an approval clause, is of public benefit.
