GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 October 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 248 / 2007 Coll., on Health Awards, issued by the Ministry of Health
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Government Decree 248 / 2007 Coll., on Health Awards, awarded by the Ministry of Health, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, at the end of point (d), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) PhDr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk Award,
(f) The Minister for Health for the Development of Volunteering in Health. '
2. The heading above the title of Section 3 is deleted.
3. In Section 3, the following heading is inserted:
"The Ministry of Health's Award for Work for People with Disabilities."
4. The heading above the sign § 4 is deleted.
5. In Section 4, the following heading is inserted:
"The Ministry of Health Award for the Development of Health Care."
6. The heading above the sign § 5 is deleted.
7. In Section 5, the following heading is inserted:
"Price of Prof. MUDr. Gustav Kabrhel."
8. The heading above the sign § 6 is deleted.
9. In Section 6, the following heading is inserted:
"Macropolus Prize."
10. the following Sections 6a and 6b are inserted after Section 6, including the headings:
Dr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk Prize
(1) The PhDr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk award is awarded to the evaluation of persons who have contributed significantly to the development of the field of nursing in the Czech Republic.
(2) The price of PhDr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk is awarded to a natural person; it can also be awarded in memoriam.
(3) The award of PhDr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk can be awarded on 12 May each year on the occasion of the International Sisters Day. Only one PhDr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk award can be awarded in a calendar year.
(4) The PhDr. Alice Garrigue Masaryk award consists of a commemorative certificate and a cash award of CZK 100,000. In the case of an in-memoriam award, no cash valuation shall be provided.
The Minister for Health for the Development of Volunteering in Health
(1) The price of the Minister of Health for the development of volunteering in health care is awarded for the evaluation of providers of bed care services who have made a significant contribution to the development of volunteering in the Czech Republic and who have established a programme of volunteering in the Czech Republic.
(2) The price of the Minister for Health for the Development of Volunteering in Health is awarded to a legal person.
(3) The price of the Minister for Health for the Development of Volunteering in Health can be awarded annually on 5 December on the occasion of the International Day of Volunteers. In a calendar year, only one Ministry of Health Award can be awarded for the development of volunteering in health care
(4) The price of the Minister for Health for the Development of Volunteering in Health is a plaque and a financial award of CZK 150 000. "
11. in Article 7 (1), "Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6" shall be replaced by "Sections 3 to 6b."
12. in Article 7 (4), "and 4" shall be replaced by "4 and 6a."
13. in Article 7 (6), the words "and 6b" shall be inserted after the words "paragraph 2," or "§ 6b (2)" and the words "or programme" shall be inserted after the word "project."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
