DECLARATION
of 22 December 2016
amending Decree No 410 / 2005 Coll., laying down health requirements for the premises and operation of facilities and facilities for the education and training of children and adolescents, as amended by Decree No 343 / 2009 Coll.
The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides, pursuant to Section 108 (2) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 7 (1) of the Act:
The following Section 9 is inserted after Section 8 of Decree No. 410 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for premises and operations of facilities and facilities for the education and training of children and adolescents, as amended by Decree No. 343 / 2009 Coll., including the title:
Forestry schools
(1) Sufficient drinking water10 must be provided in the forest nursery for drinking, personal hygiene and first aid. For the delivery or import of drinking water, dedicated clean and closed containers made of food contact materials may be used only for this purpose.
(2) In the immediate vicinity of the forest nursery school or forest nursery school facilities shall be located with toilet and running drinking water and personal hygiene devices, in particular toilet paper, soap and hand drying devices.
(3) The background of the forest nursery must be kept clean, dry and in a state that does not endanger the health of children, must be equipped with the means to provide first aid and must allow for the storage of children's personal effects and the material equipment of the forest nursery.
(4) Furthermore, the background of the forest nursery must allow children to be protected from adverse climatic conditions.
(5) Section 3 to 8 and 10 to 23 and Annexes No 1 to 3 to this Decree shall not apply to forest nurseries. '
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
