DECLARATION

amending Decree No 292 / 1997 Coll., on the health requirements for packaged waters and their presentation, as amended by Decree No 241 / 1998 Coll.
According to § 19 (a), (b) and (f) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No 292 / 1997 Coll., on the health requirements of packaged waters and their presentation, is amended as follows:
(1) Paragraph 8, including footnote 3, reads:
Packed drinking water
The health and control requirements for bottled drinking water are laid down in specific legislation.3)
3) Decree No. 376 / 2000 Coll., laying down requirements for drinking water and sanitary limits for microbiological, biological, physical and chemical indicators. '
2. The second sentence of Paragraph 10 (4) reads: "The minimum level of checks on individual production batches is set out in Annexes 2 B and 3 to the Specific Legislation. 3) '.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
