on the seat of the Czech National Council
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Czech National Council is based in Prague 1)
In order to ensure the activities of the Czech National Council, its bodies, members and the Office of the Czech National Council, the objects listed in the annex to this Act, which form the headquarters of the Czech National Council (hereinafter referred to as the "seat of the Czech National Council '), are used.
The seat of the Czech National Council is a national cultural monument. The conditions for its protection shall be laid down by the Government of the Czech Republic by a regulation which it shall adopt no later than three months after the date of entry into force of this Act.
(1) The seat of the Czech National Council is owned by the Czech Republic. The current owners are entitled to compensation under the general rules.
(2) The right of management to the seat of the Czech National Council is the responsibility of the Office of the Czech National Council.
The Government of the Czech Republic shall ensure the transfer of objects not yet used by the Czech National Council no later than three months after the date of entry into force of this Act.
This Act shall take effect on 15 October 1992.
