DECLARATION
of 22 December 2011
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 paragraph 1 (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, part of the South Moravian Region, the words, "the Office of the City of Brno- Bobohunice," shall be inserted after the words "The Office of the City of Brno- Bosonoch," in Annex No 1, part of the South Moravian Region, the Administrative District of the municipality with extended scope of Brno.
2. In Annex No 1, Part South Moravian Region, the words ", Březina (formerly Blansko county) 'shall be inserted after the word" Blažovice'.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the Liberec Region, the word "the Overseas' shall be inserted after the word" Finchin '.
4. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Braskov 'is inserted after the word" Blevice'.
5. In Annex No. 1, Part Central Bohemian Region, the word "Kovanec 'is inserted after the word" Kován'.
6. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Loukov 'is inserted after the word" Priest'.
7. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Líský 'is inserted after the word" Libovice'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
