imposing amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.9.2006 and 30.9.2006:
(1) Appendix 1 (of 22.12.2005) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Czech Moravian Electrical Association
and
KOVO trade union.
2. Appendix 1 (of 31.8.2006) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - ASO ČR
and
Association of educational facilities for rural development.
